Export Call List

This shows how to export current policies due for renewal for reminder phone calling into a .xlsx file.

The data gets updated 8am - 9:30am.

We recommend users to wait until after 9:30am to export the call list, as the policies are updated with the latest status 8am - 9:30am.

Please use Expiry Date range and Updated Date = 'Show All' in order to return an accurate list of policies (as indicated in the screen shot above.

To return policies that have not received any reminders, please filter the excel file by Sms Failed = Yes and N/A and Email Failed = Yes and N/A

The report only includes active policies

For user convenience, the report only includes policies due for renewal with contact information (phone or email). It excludes Completed, Lost, Cancelled and Declined policies.

The exported data is based on Broker, Location, Expiry Date Range, Updated Date Range, Producer Code 1 and Producer Code 2 filter selection. 

  1. Select a location (applicable to multi-location brokers).
    1. For all locations call list, select All Locations.
    2. For one location call list, select a specific location.
  2. Set your desired filtering criteria
  3. Click Export Call List button

If the excel file does not get downloaded upon clicking the Export Call List button, please clear the browser cache and try again.

About the Exported File

The exported excel file has 2 worksheets:

  1. Call List Worksheet
    This worksheet contains all renewal request reminders based on the filter selections.
  2. Report Details  Worksheet
    This sheet will contain filter selection details and the time the report was generated.
