Deactivate producer user and reminders
In case a producer leaves the brokerage and you would like to deactivate this producer’s account and reminders, please follow the instructions below:
Set the producers user account to Inactive on user’s page
If you would like to completely stop the reminders for this producer, please go to the producers BCautorenew profile page and set the following flags to false and Save the changes. You will also need to change the email address on this producers company record https://brokerlink.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BA/pages/230731 as customers may still apply to existing reminders asking for service.
If you would like another producer to take over this book of business and continue sending reminders from the same profile,
Keep the reminders on (skip step #2 above)
Review the templates to ensure that the content is updated (please pay attention to the merge fields in the templates to ensure that all relevant fields are updated in this specific company record). Update email for notifications if applicable:
If you would like to merge the reminders for this producer into the office profile
Turn the reminders off on the producer profile (Step 2)
