Add/Create a New Company Location/Branch

For when you need to add a new company, a location or a producer specific location.

How to add a new company

  • Click and open the user profile dropdown menu.

You can only access BLS Portal if you have sufficient permissions. If you cannot access the BLS Portal, please contact your company's BCAutoRenew administrator.

  • Go to BLSPortal > Companies > Manage Companies > + Add New Company.

  • Fill in the required information and click Next.

    • For multi-branch location or a producer specific location, please choose 'Is this part of multi-branch brokerage?' and select the corresponding parent.

  • Fill in the required information and click Save.

  • Setup or upload company logo and turn on subscription, see below.

Upload or assign logo to be used

  1. On the same page, scroll to the bottom.

    1. If you are under a parent company and uses the same logo, check Use Parent Logo.

    2. Select whether the logo should be displayed on a Dark or Light background.

    3. Drag and Drop the file from your desktop or Click Browse to select it from a folder in your device

  2. Click the Save button above.

Important

The company needs to be subscribed to BCautorenew before it can start using any BCautorenew services.

Turn on BCautorenew

  1. Select +Subscription > Subscribe to Application

  2. Check the box to Agree to terms of use and click Subscribe

  3. Ensure you click Save before exiting the screen → this will create BCautorenew profile for the new location.
