Producer Renewal Reminders

Administrators can setup producer specific renewal reminders using separate BC AutoRenew profiles. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Add/Create a New Company Location/Branch as a new location of multi-branch broker. We recommend to use naming conventions indicating producer specific branches, e.g. 'Location Name - Producer Name and/or Code and/or Initials'

  2. Enable and Setup SMS and Email Reminders

  3. Define Producer Code for this location/branch: Include / Exclude Policies For Reminders using Producer Codes

  4. Add/Create New User for the producer

  5. Change or Add User Permissions for the new user. Please give producers access only to BC AutoRenew (not to Administration Portal).

Important

One producer code can only be included in one BC AutoRenew profile (otherwise multiple reminders from different profiles will be sent out for the same policies). Please ensure that all BC AutoRenew profiles are managed centrally and the same producer code is not included in different profiles.

 

Note

Once everything is setup, please send an email to support@brokerlinksoftware.com to enable the notification service. Please include the following information in the email:

  • Broker Name

  • Location Name in BC AutoRenew(including the producer code)

  • Agency Name and Number in Autolink

  • Start date of the service
